06/05/2010 We are in the final stages of testing our own new ADSL system / network. Not only will this enable us to provider our users an even greater ADSL experience, but more importantly will enable us to reduce our costs and pass this onto our clients. Our new ADSL system will go live on 1 June 2010. Please note that it will not be a automatic upgrade, but an opt in system. New usernames and password will be provided and needs to be entered into your ADSL modems. Our technicians will provide on-site support at no charge where required to do the switch over.
15/02/2009 We are pleased to announce our number is changing to 0861 000 384. The old number will still remain active for a while and we urge our clients to use the new number only.
15/01/2007 We have completed our mail server upgrade. All our users now have access to the new webmail interface.
11/12/2006 Our mail server upgrade is nearing completion and should be finished by mid December 2006. Also, all our users now have access to the new webmail interface. Just enter webmail.yourdomain.co.za (or com, etc) to view your new webmail interface. Not only do you still have your Inbox, Outbox and Send Items folders, you now also have Draft, Junkmail and additional mail folders, but also new Contacts, Calendars, Tasks, RSS Feeds and Shared Folder options to choose from.
16/11/2006 We are in the process of investigating the feasibility of implementing an online request logging / support system. This should enable our client to log any enquiry, support, sales, etc request and be able to follow our it progress through to completion / resolution and closure.
